Recipe:

  • 16 hot red chillies – Piri Piri Chillies, Serrano, Cayenne, Tabasco
  • 2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 100ml red wine vinegar
  • 175ml light olive oil
  • 200gm Chopped Tinned Tomatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 lime
  • 2.5cm Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 handful fresh coriander
  • 1/2 red onion
