Recipe:

  • 3/4 Cup Olive oil
  • 8 Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/3 Cup Lime juice
  • 1 tsps Fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 Scotch Bonnet or Habanero pepper, stemmed, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 1½ TBS Cilantro
  • 3 LBS Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
