  • Slices of lemon to rub on the chicken
  • 4 tsp ground saffron (mixed with lemon juice)
  • 4 large onions, finely chopped
  • 8 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
