Recipe:

  • 1 kg meat (make thin log slices and take out all fats)
  • 1/2 cup fried onions (crushed)
  • 125 gm yogurt
  • 1 cup boiled onion paste
  • 1 tbsp poppy seed powder
  • 2-3 tbsp papaya paste
  • 2 tbsp red pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2/3 tbsp hot mix
  • 1/4 tbsp nutmeg and mace powder
  • 3 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup mustard oil
