- 125ml Light Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Spring Onions
- 100ml Lemon Juice
- 1″ 2.5cm fresh ginger
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh Parsley
- 6 tablespoons Barbecue Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 125gm melted Butter
