  • 125ml Light Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch Spring Onions
  • 100ml Lemon Juice
  • 1″ 2.5cm fresh ginger
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh Parsley
  • 6 tablespoons Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 125gm melted Butter
